PRICES AND TAXES:

 

All prices are in Euros and include VAT (21%) applicable only to countries of the European Union.

Shipping to countries outside the European Union may incur additional costs when entering the destination country. These expenses will be the responsibilty of  the client.

The shipping costs will be added later to the price of the product.

 

SHIPPING:

 

Items online (in stock):  shipping time in Spain is approximately 7 days.

 

For bespoke pieces, our recommendation is to place your order at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure that the headdress arrives in time for your event. Should you need your hat, fascinator or headdress sooner, please contact us by email and we will assess your request.

 

The shipping price in Spain is 9.95 euros for small and medium pieces, and 11.95 for large hats.

PAYMENT DETAILS:

 

We have two payment options:  Paypal or bank transfer (contact tocadosbygeraldine@gmail.com regarding bank transfers). Paypal payments are made in real time through their online payment system.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

Return of damaged or defective products:

 

In the event that the product is defective or damaged, you must notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving the item, attaching photos of it. Once we confirm the damage that the piece presents, you must send it in its original packaging and we will try to send you another one in the shortest possible time.

 

The return must be made the day after (business day)  the notification of damage, and all costs associated with such return will be reimbursed to the customer.

 

Voluntary return by customer decision:

 

We are sure that you will love your hat !, but in the unlikely event that it does not fit what you expected, you can return the items purchased from the online store. To do this, you must notify your intention to return within the first 24 hours after receiving the product, via email. Later, we will send you an email in which we will provide you with the address to make the return.

On the next business day, you must send it to the address provided. As soon as we receive the product, we will check that its condition is adequate, and you will receive a voucher for the same amount to be able to purchase any other piece on our website, for the value of the same (less the shipping amount).

 

This type of returns can only be made on products purchased in the online store. Personalized products can only be returned in the event of damage.

The cost of returning the product must be paid in full by the customer.
